The level of on-site support I provide depends entirely on your business needs and expectations.
This could be project-based only, for example, to complete your health and safety manual or to risk assess your shop floor area or to complete your COSHH Risk Assessments. It could be a one-off task such as a site inspection or audit, accident investigation, or carrying out Fire Risk Assessment or DSE Workstation Assessment.
Alternatively, I could work on a retained basis for an agreed number of hours or days on-site to provide a physical presence whilst working with your management team to help implement your health and safety systems to achieve compliance.
The amount of work required will always vary and can change as your system matures, so I never tie you into a contract, you only continue if you are happy with the service I am providing.
If you are just starting out with your health and safety compliance then you might require more time and resources over the first few months and then, once things are progressively being put in place and being implemented, the time and resources required can be reduced.
